Build an IT Strategy (5 yrs) aligned with the Business Strategy of a Global Biotechnology major in India.
Enpower Solution :
Assigned a partner duo to conduct stakeholder interviews to determine, Business goals, Financial Goals and Service Level Goals. A portfolio of projects with investments and business benefits were built each clearly tied in with the identified Goals. Technology Direction, Enterprise Architecture, Risk and Benefit based prioritization matrix was developed and a short, medium and long-term IT Strategic Plan was developed.
